How to say “I love you” in Ukrainian?

  1. Я люблю́ тебе́ /Ia liubliu tebe/ I love you

This phrase is universal, like in English. You can confess your feelings to your partner, relatives, or friends. But you can also say that you love ice cream, roses, or dogs.

The words position is usually flexible, so you can also say: я тебе люблю.

2. Я тебе́ коха́ю /Ia tebe kohaiu/ I love you
